The hotel is conveniently located near Santiago de Bernabeu football stadium with lots of restaurants and nice tree-lined streets nearby. The rooms are spacious with all necessary amenities, and the service is efficient and friendly. However, the dining experience was minimal and not worth the price. The location is central and well-connected, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful and large by European standards, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The service was top-notch, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the staff were wonderful in providing directions and support. The location was superb, close to everything I needed and with a fantastic 'neighborhoody' atmosphere. However, the dining experience could be improved as the choices were limited and overpriced.
When I arrived, the room was a bit warm, but I managed to cool it down by opening the window; the room was nicely decorated and perfect for work or meetings. The service was efficient and spotlessly clean, making my stay comfortable. The location is ideal for Real Madrid fans and conveniently located between two metro stations. The dining options were decent but could use improvement in variety. Overall, a good value for the money.
